Charles E. Walker, Jr.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Walker founded the company in 1991 in Kennesaw Georgia. He continues to oversee ChemLink as the Chief Executive Officer. ChemLink develops and produces products for private label, third party and company owned brands. Under Mr. Walker´s guidance, the company has been granted 12 patents specializing in effervescent tablets and liquids products and made significant investments in research laboratories and in a modern manufacturing plant.
Mr. Walker graduated from the Harvard Business School´s three year President/Owners program. He has served on the Board of Directors of O.S.A.P. (a USA Infection Control Organization), the Rhode Island Council of Arts, and the Board of Bernard Marcus/Kennedy Kreiger Institute. He also chaired the St. Raphael Prep School Building Fund.
Paul N. Reid
President and Chief Operating Officer
Paul Reid brings to ChemLink over 27 years of sales and operational experience in the technology and communications industry. Mr. Reid is responsible for ChemLink´s day to day operations and sales & marketing activities. He has extensive experience in developing partnerships and alliances with large corporations. Mr. Reid graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Economics.
Ryan G. Moore
Executive Vice President Research and Development
Ryan Moore oversees research, quality assurance, regulatory, and product development. Mr. Moore joined the company in 1999 and has been intimately involved in the research and development of 10 patents and 5 pending patents. Mr. Moore has led the effort in creating ChemLink´s research, quality control, quality assurance, and microbiology labs and in formulating a broad array of company branded and third party private label products.
Under Mr. Moore´s direction, ChemLink has been awarded "Champion Status", the EPA´s highest designation in the Designed for Environment (DfE) and Safer Detergents Stewardship Initiative (SDSI). http://www.epa.gov/dfe/pubs/projects/formulat/sdsi.htm
Mr. Moore earned a B.S. Biology degree from North Georgia College and a B.S. Chemistry degree from Kennesaw State University.
Joseph M. Garmon
General Manager
Joe Garmon oversees the companies manufacturing, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and supplier management. He has played a key role in developing, expanding, and enhancing ChemLink´s manufacturing capabilities. Mr. Garmon joined ChemLink in 2001 and has overseen the manufacturing facility expansion from 10,000 sq foot facility to 55,000 sq foot plant and the implementation of custom built, automated high speed equipment within atmospherically controlled production rooms.
With over 12 years of manufacturing and management experience, Mr. Garmon has mastered the intricacies of effervescent tablet manufacturing and process engineering. Prior to ChemLink, Mr. Garmon was involved in the dental industry specializing in maxillofacial prosthesis development.
Mary Manning
Chief Financial Officer
Mary Manning returned to ChemLink in January 2009 as the Controller overseeing the company´s finances. In the late 1990´s, Ms. Manning worked for ChemLink and was involved in the early patent development and application process. During the 10 years between ChemLink, she worked in the commercial construction and real estate industry with an emphasis on development costing and GAAP regulations for revenue recognition.
Ms. Manning obtained her BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a CPA, licensed in the state of Georgia.
Steve Meske
Director of Sales
Steve Meske is responsible for ChemLink sales activities and key account development. He has a broad knowledge of industry trends and chemical products. Prior to joining ChemLink, Mr. Meske worked in the information technology industry for IBM, MCI, and Tandy. |
